Two of our dealerships triumphed at a recent event held by Nissan at the prestigious Grosvenor Hotel in London’s Mayfair. West Way Birmingham and West Way Oldham were honoured with the awards, which were presented to them by Nissan brand ambassador Sir Chris Hoy.
West Way Birmingham, based in Sutton Coldfield, won ‘Overall Retailer of the Year’ which highlighted the dealership’s continual outstanding performance in all areas of the business, including Sales, Aftersales and Customer Quality. The dealership’s General Manager, David O’Grady, spoke of the achievement, saying ‘To win this award is such a huge honour – it means we are hugely successful in each area of the business.’
West Way’s success didn’t stop in the Midlands either, the victory travelled up North to our Oldham dealership, which won the Customer Quality Retailer of the Year award! The prize celebrated the dealership’s sales and aftersales performance compared to that of dealerships of a similar size. Phil Behrens, General Manager based at the dealership in St. Mary’s Way, congratulated his staff on the award win ‘I would like to pay tribute to the hard work of all my staff in achieving this accolade. To win the Customer Quality Retailer of the Year award is such a huge honour.’
These awards will be added to our Hall of Fame and sit very proudly amongst the other awards which have been won by our dealerships, congratulations to both teams at West Way Birmingham and West Way Oldham!
