We are currently looking for full-time Call Centre Adviser to join us at our Customer Contact Centre based at Mill Hill, London. The Call Centre is responsible for outbound and inbound calls to our customer base, booking services, MOT's and repairs (no cold calling) on behalf of our 14 dealerships in the West Way Group. This is a fast paced, target driven environment where you will also be required to up and cross sell other value added services. You must have an excellent telephone manner, have a high regard for customer satisfaction and the tenacity to meet and beat challenging but achievable targets.
