West Way Nissan, the largest Nissan dealer group in the UK, has a vacancy for a Customer Advisor within the service reception area of the showroom at its busy branch in Mill Hill, London.

The main requirement of the role is to provide the key interface between all departments and our customers with the primary focus to ensure our customers receive a VIP experience at all times. As a developing role we will require adaptability to a number of duties depending on changing business needs. Initially the role will focus on the welcoming and front end processing of service department customers as well as identifying sales opportunities, both direct and with our service customers, and introducing to appropriate members of staff.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.

Whilst previous similar experience within a car dealership is preferable, we will provide training to the right candidate having customer service related experience from other retail sectors.

A successful applicant having higher level customer service experience may be offered a supervisory level role.
