West Way Nissan is the largest Nissan retail group in the UK employing 600 staff at 15 locations. We now have a newly created role of Marketing Analyst based in our group marketing team at Wolverhampton.

To support the Marketing Manager in maximizing results from our £100,000 monthly marketing spend by preparing weekly KPI reports, monitoring activity, increasing the quality of our online advertising, testing and driving better performance through statistical evidence and KPI monitoring.


  • Price-checking
  • Checking all pricing matches (forecourt/website / online portals)
  • Advert Quality Control
  • Notifying sites of discrepancies / poor quality listings / poor photos Checking Attention Grabbers / Sales Taglines Competitor analysis Updating adverts when Manufacturer campaigns break/end
  • Reporting performance for all 3rd party portals:
  • Ad views Click-throughs Phone calls Stock turn/Average days in stock Sales Match Reports Email enquiries Ensuring all leads are followed up – checking My Calls Weekly management reports including KPI's
  • Liaise with Used Car Sales Managers weekly
  • Stock rotation Re-pricing Stock not sold
  • Liaising with Marketing Manager ref:
  • Online Used Car Portals Current promotions Pre-reg stock WWN Website Liaise with supplier's ref: Online portal performance & Agencies ref Google Analytics 

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Well organised & uncompromising on quality, have the ability to prioritise a variety of daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
  • Have Online marketing background
  • Experience of statistical preparation and analysis
  • Knowledge of the motor industry preferable.
  • Advanced MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and understand new systems easily such as Kerridge and Contact Advantage

We offer a basic salary of £22,000 plus bonus, 23dys holiday rising to 25 with service, life cover, contributory pension and Friends and Family car purchase scheme.
