Customer Service Advisor – Coventry

West Way Nissan, the largest Nissan dealer group in the UK, has a vacancy for a Customer Service Advisor at its busy branch in Coventry.

The successful candidate would need to deliver the highest level of customer service through strong communication skills resulting in outstanding customer satisfaction.

You should have very strong organisational and selling skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems (Kerridge would be preferable). Responsibilities include booking work in and overseeing vehicle repairs/servicing through the workshop, while maintaining regular customer contact to update, book and upsell on future work. 

Whilst previous similar experience within a car dealership is ideal, we will provide training to the right candidate having customer service related experience from other retail sectors.
