West Way Nissan, the UK's largest Nissan Retail Group is now looking for a talented Service Manager at its recently acquired Birmingham South business in Acocks Green, Birmingham. To succeed in this role, you will be self-motivated, have experience in a similar position and be able to demonstrate excellent management skills.

Your enthusiastic, positive approach will encourage exceptional levels of customer care and will motivate our team of Service Advisors and Technicians to achieve consistently high standards. You will be able to work effectively within a busy environment and have the flexibility to deal with any day to day challenges. Previous experience with a volume vehicle brand may be beneficial but not essential.
