PREVIEW LAUNCH OF THREE NEW ADDITIONS
We are celebrating the launch of three exciting new additions to the Nissan range. Our preview evening in February showed off the all new Cube, Qashqai and 370Z Roadster.
The three models capture the essence of Nissan design perfectly; the Cube is undoubtedly one of the most iconic automotive designs to emerge in recent years. Cute and quirky, the Cube was named as one of the top 50 cars that changed the world by the London Design Museum.
The innovation continues through to the Cube’s interior design, which offers a lounge-style space for five with a clever, inspired and surprisingly open occupant space with a ‘Jacuzzi Curve’ layout offering a space for relaxing and travelling in style.
The 370Z Roadster has been redesigned from the ground-up as an open-top sports car with performance remaining completely undiluted. The car retains the structural rigidity of a coupe – an area in which many performance roadsters are often found lacking – to give an equally dynamic driving experience.
With the hood up the classic coupe lines are retained, but when lowered (a mere 20-second process) the car evolves into the classic roadster silhouette. One undeniable advantage of having the roof down is the increased aural opportunity it affords to listen to the glorious engine note produced by the 328PS V6 petrol engine. All of which is transferred to the road via the classic front-engine/rear-wheel drive roadster layout.
Refinement is the watch-word for the revised 2010 QASHQAI. Built at Nissan’s Sunderland plant, the most notable visual change to the QASHQAI is at the front, where a complete makeover has taken place. All new bonnet, front bumper, wings, grille and headlamps combine to give the QASHQAI an air of premium sophistication, presence and quality. The new front-end design is shared with QASHQAI+2.
Come and check out our new additions, we look forward to seeing you.
