An update from West Way 

Keeping you informed & keeping in touch

We hope you are well and keeping safe during the uncertain times brought about the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Your finance agreement is due to end soon and normally a member of our sales team would have got in touch with you to arrange next steps. However, with the closure of our dealerships, you may wish to extend your agreement to keep hold of your vehicle.

Don't worry, you can speak to your finance provider to do this.

If your finance provider is Nissan Finance, you can manage your agreement through the Nissan Finance Online Portal. There is also a useful FAQs section on the Nissan Finance website: Nissan Finance FAQs.

If you do have any questions, please call our Customer Service team on 0121 752 3523.

As you will be aware, our showrooms have been closed since 24 March 2020 until further notice in line with Government guidelines.

However, for our key workers, we are operating an emergency response team for breakdown recovery or essential maintenance. If you are a key worker who requires this emergency assistance, please call our Customer Service team on: 0121 752 3523.
