An update from West Way

We hope you are well and keeping safe during the uncertain times brought about the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

The lease of your Motability vehicle was due to end soon. However, due to the current situation, leases that are due to end in the next three months, have received an automatic six month extension from Motability.

There is no need to contact us, as Motability will automatically extend your lease and you will also automatically receive a Certificate of Motor Insurance or a temporary cover note from RSA Motability (RSAM) covering this six-month period. We will contact you on our reopening to discuss your next steps.

We have put together a Motability FAQs page here, which answers some of the most commonly asked questions.

If you do have any further questions, please call our Customer Service team on 0121 752 3523.

As you will be aware, our showrooms have been closed since 24 March 2020 until further notice in line with Government guidelines.

However, for our key workers, we are operating an emergency response team for breakdown recovery or essential maintenance. If you are a key worker who requires this emergency assistance, please call our Customer Service team on: 0121 752 3523.

  • Latest Motability prices for Nissan released

    The April - June 2020 Motability price list for Nissan vehicles has been released. The list includes the 100% electric Nissan LEAF for the first time. Even though leases that were due to expire in April - June have been automatically extended by 6 months, you can still look to secure your next Nissan Motability vehicle at today's prices.
