Regarding your recent vehicle order

We hope you are well and keeping safe during the uncertain times brought about the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

You recently placed an order for a vehicle with us.

We just wanted to update you on this order: Your vehicle order is with Nissan. As soon as we are able to return, we will be in touch with next steps.

If you have any questions regarding your vehicle, please call our Customer Service team on 0121 752 3523 who will be able to assist.

As you will be aware, our showrooms have been closed since 24 March 2020 until further notice in line with Government guidelines.

However, for our key workers, we are operating an emergency response team for breakdown recovery or essential maintenance. If you are a key worker who requires this emergency assistance, please call our Customer Service team on: 0121 752 3523.

We look forward to when we can welcome you back to our showrooms. Until then, please stay safe.
