Intent to cancel an order

If you want to do this, please complete the form below to inform us of your intent to cancel your order. 

Notice: Cancelling a Distant Sale

If you have ordered or taken delivery of your vehicle without ever visiting a West Way showroom at any point in the sales process, i.e. a distant sale, then you may be elgibile to cancel your order within 14 days. This only applies where no triparty agreement is in place with a funder.

Completing the form

Please have your Order Number to hand - this can be found on your copy of the Order Form.

If you do not wish to disclose your reasons for intending to cancel your order, please write "N/A" into the box.

We suggest that you also call the dealership to notify them of your intent to cancel.
