    Contact Centre Advisor – West Way Nissan, Birmingham South

    The Call Centre is responsible for inbound and outbound calls from and to our customer base, booking services, MOT's and repairs (no cold calling) on behalf of our 15 dealerships in the group.

    This is a fast paced, target driven environment where you will also be required to up and cross sell other value-added services. You must have an excellent telephone manner, attention to detail, be a proven team player, have a high regard for customer satisfaction, be computer literate, have boundless enthusiasm and the tenacity to meet and exceed challenging but achievable targets.
