    Customer Service Executive – West Way Nissan, Coventry  

    Our Customer Service Executives are responsible for outbound calls from and to our customer base, pursuing customer service satisfaction duties on behalf of the 13 dealerships in the group. This is a fast paced, target driven environment where you will also be required adapt to the customers’ needs to support each dealership.

    You must have an excellent telephone manner, attention to detail, be a proven team player, have a high regard for customer satisfaction, be computer literate, have boundless enthusiasm and the tenacity to meet and exceed challenging but achievable targets.
