    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Sales Controller – West Way Nissan, Altrincham


    With a total of 13 Dealerships, West Way Nissan is the largest Nissan approved dealership group in the UK. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Motor Industry Sales Controller to join our dynamic team at our West Way dealership in Altrincham. This position is well suited to a person who is looking to join a leading innovative brand and further their career in the automotive retail industry.

    Based within the Sales department, you will report to the Sales managers and work closely with all areas of Sales to achieve the needs and objectives of the business. The successful candidate will be able to drive the business forward and provide focus on customer satisfaction and sales targets within a volume brand.

    Key responsibilities are:
    •To assist the Sales Managers to manage and control all aspects of the Sales Department and achieve profit performance targets
    •To motivate the Sales team to achieve sales unit targets
    •To assist the Sales team in order to maximise opportunities from every prospect.
    •To achieve and exceed manufacturer standards of customer satisfaction.
    •To ensure sales team are compliant with FCA regulations

    Ideal candidate and Requirements;

    • Target driven

    • Interesting and engaging to customers and colleagues
    • Good sense of humour
    • Flexible with the ability to work weekends
    • Experience of selling and delivering outstanding customer service
    • Full UK Driving License
