    This is a fabulous opening for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in at Southampton dealership who are on course to be where you’ll be advising customers on market-leading products such as:

    • the Qashqai (Britain’s favourite Crossover)
    • the LEAF (the world’s best-selling electric car)
    • the Juke (leading ‘B’ Segment SUV)
    • the Micra (Nissan’s city car) & the X-Trail (award-wining 4x4/SUV)
    • Plus some breath-taking new vehicles such as the ARIYA (Nissan’s all new 100% electric crossover) as well as the brand new Qashqai e-Power and Juke Hybrid models

    Whether you’re an experienced Car Sales Executive or someone who is just starting out in the motor trade, this is an ideal chance to re-boot your career. Based in the Sales department, you’ll report to the Sales Manager and work closely in all areas of sales to achieve the objectives of the business, including new, used and Motability cars. We’re on course to be in the top 25% of Nissan dealers in the UK and have ambitions to go even further. Can you help us get there?

    Responsibilities;

    • Ensure the West Way Sales experience is delivered to all customers
    • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers by exceeding their expectations, achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction
    • Actively prospect and follow up all sales opportunities using our database and telephone prospecting systems
    • Sell an agreed volume of cars per period of time
    • Achieve the individual volume/profit objectives set by the Sales Manager
    • Pursue and achieve incremental sales and profit opportunities through the sale of finance, warranty, insurance, service plans, options and accessory sales
    • Conduct accurate and fair appraisals of all vehicles presented for part exchange
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge
    • Participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales (as required)
    • Ensure the showroom meets West Way standards

    • Experience of selling and/or delivering outstanding customer service
    • Full UK Driving License
