    Training and Compliance Administrator – Wolverhampton

    With a total of 13 Dealerships, West Way Nissan is the remarketing arm for Nissan Motors GB and is the largest Nissan approved dealership group in the UK. West Way Nissan, a recognised Investor in People, have a superb opportunity for an ambitious and highly motivated Training and Compliance Administrator to join our seperate departments of Training and Compliance. This position could be well suited to a graduate who is looking to join a leading innovative brand and take their first steps in a career in the automotive retail industry.

    The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent time management and organisation skills, as well as have fantastic attention to detail. You will have a positive, proactive approach to the role, as well as the ability to motivate yourself as the person mainly responsible for the administration of both Training and Compliance.

    Based within both the Training department and the Compliance department, you will report to both the Training Manager and the Compliance Manager and work closely with all aspects of the departments to achieve the needs and objectives of the business.

    Key Responsibilities;

    • Administrative tasks for employee Starters and Leavers such as training scheduling, log-In’s, system up to dates etc.
    • Monitor employee’s training modules ensuring they are up to date and completed on time.
    • Ensure all training systems are up to date and accurate.
    • Assist in training campaigns when requested by the Training Manager.
    • Assist with system issue requests and system and/or process developing projects when requested by the Training Manager.
    • Assist with Compliance regular monitoring tasks and Administrative tasks when required by the Compliance Manager.

    Ideal candidate and Requirements;

    Outstanding organisational skills
    Attention to detail and Accuracy
    Be approachable and articulate
    Flexible and adaptable where priorities change
    Adept in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
    Full UK Driving License, advantageous but not essential
