I had tried to purchase a car from Westway Altrincham but didn’t feel that I was being given any valued customer service at all. The minute I walked in to Westway Manchester James welcomed me, understood my situation and worked on my behalf to source me a car and the team at Manchester worked hard to deliver a fantastic deal. Following previous poor service at another local Nissan dealership, then I was sceptical about receiving a similar service at this branch…..how wrong I was on this occasion. I have to say the overall customer service prior, during and thereafter the service manager by Paula and the Nissan team was superb!! There were a couple of queries that were resolved including having the service manager explaining a couple of points in more detail. Paula was very knowledgeable, breathed Nissan customer service and clearly knows about customer retention. I will stay with this branch now following some absolutely awful experiences at another dealership in the Stockport area. Great work Paula and team!!

This is a review about the aftercare provided by WestWay Altrincham. I used them for the major service on our vehicle and when a small issue appeared, they couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. Special mention to Paula and Brad in the service department who have been excellent and very responsive throughout. Nothing has been too much trouble, and they have been extremely flexible, working around my work schedule as much as possible. It turns out, the small issue was actually something of nothing and it was resolved very quickly indeed. Thank you to all involved, I will be back when the car needs its next service.

This dealership is highly recommend. I am a driving instructor so I have bought many nearly new cars over the years. I have come across many salesmen who have gone in for the hard sell from the start. Absolutely none of that with this company. The salesman Dave is a top bloke, I don’t know the area so he came with me on the test drive and took me on some great roads where I could really drive the car. There was no pressure to buy at any point. I bought a nearly new ex demo car with only 1,800 miles on the clock for a really good price.

We called to see Brad in the service team for help with our SatNav. We were offered coffee whilst he went off to sort it. In no time, before we'd finished our drink, thr job was done, with a complimentary newer SD card. Superb service. We travelled from Warrington as our old dealership has closed, but the service at WestWay way better than anything we'd had at Warrington. 👌

Felt a bit like they weren't bothered whether I wanted one of there cars or not.. Best I got was a print out of prices like they weren't taking my potential business seriously,. I was dressed.for gardening but ready to order a new electric car..in the end I'm going to keep looking..lots of choice out there.. I'm a punter..like to be shown round a car..see.how it works and shown what it has inside etc etc.. that was never gonna happen.. maybe I should have pulled up to the door in.my 40k merc and wore.my suit.. not the best service or customer experience.. Do they have so much business that they can't really be bothered with good customer care any more.. ? Not the first showroom with poor customer technique.

Very friendly staff and a breath of fresh air. I can’t believe the difference in helpful staff between Nissan and Peugeot down the road. With Peugeot staff uninterested in all the issues I had with a brand new car I got from them and the reason I changed the car and got Nissan. Nissan fantastic helpful staff that go the extra mile. Brad especially in the service department. Will be returning for health care checks and any services required.

I cannot fault the service I received at Nissan, Altrincham. The sales team, Megan and Gareth were fantastic. They were friendly, courteous and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and their response to emails and phone calls was fast and efficient. When I collected my new car I was guided through all the technology and told to ring or pop in anytime if I had any queries. I would highly recommend the team at Altrincham, I couldn’t fault them at all.

Definitely one of the better main dealers. Bought a used car here recently, very straightforward, cars on the site are very nicely presented, but they don't bother with the bling and receptionists which others seem obsessed with. Mark in sales was very helpful in obtaining the correct service history too.

Excellent service. Despite an initially anticipated long wait time due to shortages we were kept continually informed through updates and thankfully the waiting time was radically reduced. Throughout the process Megan kept me informed as to when I would receive my new car. Even when there was a slight delay , she listened to my concerns and provided solutions. On handing over my car Megan made sure I was comfortable with the running and features of the car, especially as I had not driven an automatic before ! I would strongly recommend Megan as she is very easy to talk to and she keeps you in the loop at all times....plus she got me a great new car too !

All the staff are so helpful and friendly, especially Dave, who went above and beyond to make sure that we got the right car. He couldn't of been more helpful. The only complaint I have is that Dave is a Manchester United fan, but I wont hold that against him. A five star service from all the staff at west way. *****

Currently waiting delivery on what shall be my third car from Nissan in Altrincham. My brother recently bought a car from a Nissan dealership in another town. He wasn’t impressed with manager and the sales process, thankfully my dealings with Megan at the Altrincham branch was the complete opposite. The staff are completely professional and answer questions without pressuring you into a sale. I’m looking forward to driving my new car in the near future.

"I'd endorse West Way Nissan Altrincham because the car was of good standard and plenty of coffee on offer for free i got the finance deal process done very swiftly one downside was i was left waiting and asked about my previous dealings with a complete different garage and i found it completely staggering this came up and was left a little frustrated by this all in all good experience. Swift finance deal in and out in around an hour top work cheers👍🙂

Excellent buying experience, Mathew at Nissan Altrincham was really helpful looked after me answered any questions I asked. It was a nice touch also the Manager came to say thank you for buying with Nissan, what else I liked did not feel under pressure to buy like I have done at other dealers. First class service from start to finish. Everything explained in a professional and understandable manner by Mark. Kept me informed by phone of the progress as I waited for my delivery date. Mark sorted out my concerns about no handbrake after 40 years of using one. Once he demonstrated the procedures, I am now very happy with the staff at West Way and my new Juke.

What a totally first class operation! We just picked up our new Qashqai a couple days ago. The whole buying experience of researching, questions, answers, explaining everything, paperwork etc and helping us in making our choices & decisions was our wonderful sales executive Megan. Nothing was too much trouble for her, such a friendly, knowledgeable, professional young lady. Kept us totally informed throughout the whole process even with the delays because of the pandemic. That’s what I call true “customer service”. Might also add, the whole West Way team were always helpful if Megan was unavailable. We are totally impressed!

Very pleased with service I have received here from initial visit to the purchase. Thank you I retract my last comment. Stay clear of this garage. Sold me a car with a dodgy battery 5 months ago. Broke down at a petrol station after taking it in for a rattle and gear issue. They fixed the rattle and did a health check. Waited 2.5 hrs for help and had to buy a new battery from the RAC. NISSAN WESTWAY at Altrincham won't include this in their 12 month warranty even though they recharged the battery before purchase in March. 1st class Customer Service???? Definitely not.

Very friendly atmosphere staff are too class very efficient have been looking for a mobility vehicle for a few months now so decided on an off chance to test drive the new Nissan qashqai 21 plate am going ahead with the order and the car is outstanding in its class

Very pleasant experience buying the Nissan Leaf. Everything went smoothly and was an overall good experience. We dealt largely with Matthew and appreciated his friendliness and patience in answering questions as-well as the fact that he was not at all pushy.
