Huge thank you to Emily Smith at Nissan in Coventry. We bought our brand new car through her. She was very knowledgable about the different specifications and answered all of our questions clearly. She took us for a test drive and made us feel so at ease driving a car that we were not used to. Our main praise goes to Emily’s demeanour, the way she spoke with us made us feel like she was there to assist us, and find us the best car for our budget. It felt more like having a chat with a friend, rather than a salesman who just needs to tick boxes. We’re very excited to pick up our new car!

Always got the best of service from Paul Biddle. We have bought several cars through him and he always explains all the details and finer points to us. Had my car in for some work done and the EML come on the very morning, so let them had a look and due to the TDI box I fitted understandably voided the warranty but was not told it would cost £100.00 to clear the light (10 minutes job) until I call to chase up the progress. When and paid to drive off only to find the light still on as soon as I start the engine. When back to speak to service manager which agreed as deal on cost and send the tech out to clear fault again. Driven home (20 miles) fault cleared. Happy days.

When you see WestWay Coventry you might be forgiven for judging the business by the relatively scruffy, crowded exterior of the premises and site. You'd be so wrong! Judge this business by the quality of the people who work there and you won't be let down. A great team of like-minded committed professionals with a focus on great customer service.

I recently bought a used Qashqai and had the most amazing experience with Josh G - he was extremely helpful, attentive and supportive. He made me feel like nothing was too much trouble and no question was a silly question. Truly an asset to the company.

The roadworks were a nightmare, but of course that's nothing that nissan can help. There display of cars is enormous, but your first port of call should be the staff. They know all the cars available and can guide you brilliantly. Everyone is helpful, polite and friendly. Their hot chocolate is fantastic especially on a cold day or not. Excellent service all in all.

I felt welcome by Tanvir,managed to get a test drive,same day I called & found the car I wanted to buy. Also gave me a good price for my car. Very happy.

Poor customer service. I waited for 4 months for delivery date, finally they said they cant make it due to manufacturing issues which is not been told to me until last day. I finally decide to go for another car which is in the showroom, its the same story again. No proper communication and they don't care about customers. I strongly recommend to avoid this place.

Cannot recommend these guys enough! Alistair & the team were professional, efficient and patient when dealing with us. They helped with every step making the process quick and enjoyable (as car buying should be!) We are delighted & look forward to working with them again in the future!

I am extremely happy with my dealings with Chloe who was my contact at the garage. She made sure that all my needs were met and kept in good contact with me through the whole process. Having had to fight for 8.5 years with P.I.P to get the car in the first place she was very conscious of the situation and did everything she could to make the process as smooth as possible even when there was a slight hiccup in the administration in getting a car and did her absolute best to obtain one as soon as she possibly could for me. Her customer interaction as well as explaining about the car and after sales care was fantastic.

I visit first the West Way Nissan Coventry alone, to see what were their options for an EV. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly, professional, and efficient Joshua (one of their salesmen) was. We visit once again with my wife and we ended up buying the car we tested. Joshua gave us not only all the relevant information in a clear way, but also a lot of useful tips and suggestions related to the car. Therefore, I first visited them on Monday, and we closed the deal on Friday. Top notch assistance! Highly recommended

I have recently purchased a Nissan Qashqai from west way Nissan Coventry. I had a fantastic experience with Harry who helped me from start to finish. He managed to get my new car to me so quickly! Also on hand after the purchase to help me with any problems i may of had. First class all round. Definitely would recommend trying here if you are wanting to purchase a new car and always ask for Harry!

We have just changed our Nissan after dealing previously with the Birmingham Branch on the Warwick Road which has since closed. Dealing with Westway Coventry was a totally different experience. We dealt with Harry Wells who made it a really easy transaction. He did not give the hard sell in anyway and was on the end of the phone or by email to deal with any queries . He even dealt with a last minute px and was not put out by this. His customer and after sales service is second to none. Highly recommend and look forward to dealing with Harry again. Class service from Harry at West Way. I nipped in start of last year but negative equity meant they couldn't do a deal for me. Walked back in on 2nd January and approached Harry again and previous experience of not getting a car sold did not affect the approach at all. No pressure to buy and very honest about what would and wouldn't be possible within my budget! Really responsive all the way through the sales process and nothing was to much trouble! Drove a new car away from there today a happy customer!

My husband and myself have both had cars in the last four months. Harry was so helpful, not pushy and always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. Great service. Chris has always been great when we have had our previous cars too. And recently answered queries when Harry not available.

So I have now been dealing Nissan Coventry since end 2016, always Alistair. I won’t go anywhere else. The service I receive is second to none. I know I only have to drop him a and email or pick up the phone and he’s always available to help and advise. Absolutely the best place to buy a car. I use the sales dept, service dept and spares for all my new key batteries. Never an issue encountered. Go and take a look for yourself. Fabulous service always received from here. In particular Alistair, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Never pushy, listens to what you want from a car and goes above and beyond to achieve. Would be difficult to find anyone better.

I can only give one star as we had zero interaction from any staff from the place. We could see they were busy but no one even attempted to make eye contact to reassure that someone would see us, we were there for about 15 minutes. Even as we were leaving no one seemed fussed. Poor service unfortunately and we were very interested in purchasing a car from there. Therefore we have had to go somewhere else.

I have just bought another car from Alistair. What fabulous service! He always goes that extra mile. Thank you. As a family, we have used Westway Coventry for 6 years and will continue to do so when the service is this good!

I cannot recommend higher ..my first car ..all the help and support has been nothing but 10 out of 10. Kept upto date with all updates from placing order to collection. Even when damage was pointed out and let me add wasn't from the showroom was from transporter.. they couldn't do enough and was probably more mortified than I was. When we first arrived we were looking for what cars they had for sale we was hanging around for ages we should turn around and go somewhere else when a salesman finally came to talk to us he was very polite and well mannered .We ended up buying a car. The service and procedures were very good and the salesman every one there calls him magic. We ended up very pleased. The car parking is very tight but there is usually someone to sort you out. .

We were in a great hurry to buy a new car due to the breakdown of our old one. We were looked after by Rob who was helpful and informative and we never felt pressurised at any stage of the process. We found a lovely car, fairly priced and were impressed by the speed the company operated at, to allow us to complete the paperwork and transaction and leave with the car that afternoon.Everything was done in around three hours which was excellent.
