The newly acquired West Way Mill Hill is one of our two new dealership locations. On-site at Mill Hill, our Motability specialist can support you to understand the benefits of a Nissan on Motability and to select the best Nissan vehicle for you. There are also a number of accessible facilities on-site including disabled parking, disabled toilets, and facilities for the hard of hearing and sight.

It's a shame that the meet and greet guy spoke little English. Fair enough But for his mate to keep popping by. Chatting in their own language. That I do mind.Most employers discourage it. The times his mate kept popping back for a chat - they obviously weren't busy. But my car service was fine. Just the principle of. That he'll never learn English if he doesn't get used to speaking it. The NHS absolutely discourages it.

A well managed Nissan dealership in North London. Our sales advisor Diini gave us excellent service and kept us updated throughout the process with call and emails. The hand over day was also executed well.

It's OK - made to jump through lots of hoops to get a resolution to a paperwork issue with a service plan - we got there, but not straightforward and they do need to review their customer service. I will use again and hope they improve. Car was serviced well and an excellent clean after.

I wanted to share that I have purchased on the spot last week a Nissan Qahqai of 2019 in excellent condition. Diini in particular had helped me a lot in choosing the car that suits my needs as he had listened actively to my personal needs a and specifications and managed to serve me fast. I feel compelled to write this review as I received both excellent customer service and repair service. Admittedly, it didn't start off well during the initial phone booking but Nissan employee GEM provided excellent customer service. Happy to get the car back repaired. My experience at Nissan Mill Hill was fantastic! Emad showed me the car I was interested in, let me drive the car, and I bought it straight away. He did his best for me to get the car smoothly in a very professional and friendly manner. Now I got the car at home. He still contacts me to make sure everything is OK with me. I was treated very nicely by other members at the garage too. Thank you so much to Emad and all. I highly recommend Emad and people there at the garage without hesitation.

My wife and I went to this Nissan branch for a purchase of an electric van. The seller welcomed us very well… but …… The price he offered us was much, much higher than other Nissan dealerships and the Nissan website. Even that there were no incentives from the state (while on the Nissan website, there are incentives for the purchase of an electric car.) Then he advised us to buy a van registered in December 2021 to save money. I am beginning to really doubt the seriousness of this Nissan dealership. I think NISSAN needs to check the sales staff. I hope that NISSAN can contact me to explain the reason for their sales policy and maybe they can convince me that it was a mistake and maybe I can change the reviews I have given.

Terrible customer service. Please avoid. After sales care is abysmal. Should you encounter any issue with your vehicle down the line and it is still covered under warranty, I strongly advise using an alternative dealer as the difference in customer care was night and day.

We went for a second hand Nissan. The sales person, Patricia was great. Found us (very nearly) what we wanted but did not pressure us to buy to the point it would have been uncomfortable. Highly professional. Would recommend.

We also recieved advertising phone text messages from this company. We do not own a Nissan, but we bought something from them 4 years ago. It is a total abuse of personal information to use our private information, which we gave when buying a part, to send advertising phone spam. We think it is also illegal. We recommend you do not do business with this company.

Good price overall for a service and new belt. Even got my air conditioning working that I was told was broken beyond repair. All in came to about the same as a non nissan repair center

Good 12 month service offer, which included annual breakdown cover, oil/filter, inspection and wash for my Pathfinder for just £199. Resourceful spare parts store. Fully working on Saturday morning, which was the only time I could come without taking a day-off. Good showroom with waiting area and a fridge full of chilled water. The standard Nissan oil they use comes from TOTAL/Elf, which is actually quite good. Surprisingly, it is Mobil 1 for the GTR model. If you need brake pads / brake discs replacement or some minor repairs you may wish to have a look at aftermarket as it is can be very expensive in the dealer’s garage.

They're keen enough to sell to you, but when you come across a problem there's no one in authority there at the weekend, they came up with no long term solutions and simply waited for us to put ideas forward (which they then declined to accept.) Virtually no help when we needed them, and Nissan Customer service weren't much better.

Poor experience from start to finish. Waited 10 minutes for the parts 'person' (no department) to show up only for him to walk away mid conversation without saying why and then for him not to return. Waited another 10/15 minutes with nothing, no one assisted. Being the only customer within the establishment, I waited for a total of around 20/25 minutes before leaving.

My experience was nothing less than perfect. Jodie at Mill Hill made everything happen so quickly and even when I made a huge error she still took charge and went out of her way to sort it out. The people who work there really are outstanding and provide exceptional customer service. There is no better pace I woud ever want to buy a car. I would highly recommend anyone to go there. They are amazing and I am over the moon with my new car.
