Nissan Rochdale

I had a really positive experience with the people at Nissan Rochdale. They kept me fully informed throughout the purchase of my new Juke and took time to explain everything at each step of the process.

Bought a used Pegeout 2008 66 Plate from this dealership, had nothing but trouble from day 1 with a persistent engine fault. Been been trying to reject the car and send back for last 3 months for management just to Thob me off and ignore all my emails, telephone calls and personal visits. Poor customer service from the management team and the Motoring Ombudsman have had to get involved. Avoid at all costs.

We were looking for a car to suit our needs and tried a few different type of car . As we were looking around your fore court we met Paul who was extremely helpful but not 'pushy '. After much discussion we found the car that was suitable . We had a test drive and arranged to return two days later after we had time to read all the information. We met Paul at an agreed time and he went through everything again and made sure we understood everything before we signed any documents. He made this purchase stress free for us which was much appreciated.. We would reccomend West Way Nissan Rochdale. Thank you for the follow up emails and videos. Over the last 30 years I have bought Nissan cars from Westway Nissan, Rochdale. I have always found the staff to be polite and very helpful with no pressure from any of them. Over the last couple years I have bought news vehicles from them and have dealt with a man called Chris Lawson who has explained everything to me all the way through the process. I have always found Chris a credit to the company and would always deal with him in the future.

Really good people here, Chris in particular who I’ve dealt with. I did a text query from Autotrafer that was picked up extremely quickly and I was passed over to Chris who has help me every step of the way! No pressure, no fading about and a sound bloke! Would 100% shop here again

I can honestly say my experience of west way Nissan was positive and I really needed to give them more stars :) the salesman’s Mike greeted us with a warm welcome when we arrived and made us feel so comfortable , he was very professional at all times but not over pushy , he gave me the key to spend as much time as I needed to decide which car I wanted without any hassle what do ever , we went back in and I decided to purchase my new juke which he was honest and said there could be a wait with the vehicle but would keep I touch and he certainly did , there had been a cancellation and telephoned me to see if I wanted the car and just to let him know when I decided , nothing was too much trouble , I picked my car up yesterday and still the amazing service which I firstly experienced and the Handover was so quick , he is a real credit to your company and will definitely recommend Nissan west way to my family and friends , thank you so much to Mike and the team 5 star !

I’ve had a couple of bad experiences buying a car from online sites. I lost my fate in car garages until I approached west way Nissan in Rochdale. I can honestly say their professional sales and customer service have been brilliant and nothing was to much. The sales man Mike was so supportive and approachable, I pointed out some scratches on the car I wanted to buy straight away no hesitation Mike said I’ll get all that done for you and it will look like a brand new car. (The car is 3 1/2 year old) Mike was true to his word and my car is beautiful and I love it. every single little thing he did went to plan and the day I picked up my car convenient to me, it was ready been valeted and was perfect sitting outside the Nissan front doors. I would not hesitate to go back their again and I will never entertain going to an online site again. Thank you Nissan one happy customer 😊

(2022) Always well looked after by whoever you see, be it sales or service. I must mention Mike though. He makes life so much easier when having a car changeover. Always the gent, always on the ball, always a laugh, always..... Well, you get the gist. Second to none and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else! 🙂👍

I can't fault the attention and service of this company; it was excellent. I bought the car as a present for my daughter. It was delivered on time and and the condition seems exactly as described - excellent. Somewhat oddly, because my daughter is away at present, the car has not yet been driven. I have however, no reason to believe it will be anything other than first class. Particular commendation for Chris Lawson.

We bought our daughter's Juke from this garage 3 years ago and were that impressed by the service we decided to go back to buy our car. The salesperson called Paul McInnes was excellent - he dealt with us for our daughter's car sale and most recently ours. He was professional and extremely helpful. He explained our choices in detail and helped us choose the right car and the right deal for us. I did not take out the GAP insurance on my daughter's car as I received a phone call after the sale which did not explain it properly. Paul was able to explain exactly what the GAP insurance was and how it could help us. I immediately felt it was the right thing to do and agreed to the cover. We never felt under pressure from Paul to buy anything. He asked us what we were looking for and what we wanted and then matched a car to us which was perfect. Excellent personal service and would recommend Paul and the garage to anybody.

I have been looking at changing my car for a while. No pushy sales and all the information and advice you need to make the correct choice. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend if you are looking to change your car. This will be my third car from here.
