Amazing and excellent service by the team at West Way Southampton! The sales executive Nad was very friendly and professional. Very well equipped with knowledge on the brand and processes to put our minds at rest. From start to finish nothing was to much to make us feel valued and welcome. The dealer principle Terry was very welcoming, professional and courteous. Such a pleasure. Again making us both feel that we were comfortable and well informed with our deal on the new car. Shocking customer care. 19/03/22 I sent enquiry online to rebook my service planned on 04/04/22. Driver front door dropped down on hinges and needs adjusting as it cause paint damage. Car is still under warranty. It's 31/03/22 and no one is bothered to come back to me. Looks like they don't care. I'll better go to my trusted local garage.

My experience at West Way Nissan Southampton has been positive as far as the staff were concerned. However, the vehicle I purchased went wrong at the end of its first journey. I don't believe this is the fault of any of the staff - just one of those things. The car has now been with them for 9 days and counting. I have been told it could be a week or two more, because it has needed to be sent to the specialist EV depot in Swindon. Despite this, I have been supplied a very nice loan car at no cost, so my inconvenience has been kept to an absolute minimum.

Absolute appalling customer service at the Southampton branch by the service/sales manager Zak!! We’ve had nothing but issues with our Nissan since we purchased it in 2019 which are still unresolved despite countless of trips backwards and forwards to the depot. To now be told they will no longer accept calls (as instructed by Zak) and we are no longer aloud in the depot…we have the calls recorded, we have and still are in contact with the finance company and financial ombudsman and will not give up until our car that we paid £13,000 for is up to scratch because as it stands at the moment it’s absolutely useless to us!! Do not recommend avoid like the plague!!!!

Don't bother, they aren't interested in putting right the wrongs and when challenged they cancel agreed service plans because they don't like people knowing how bad they are publicly. Car never been right since day one and visits in double digits haven't resolved them, when stated the number of times I've been back the response was "it's only 14 visits" like they are actually proud it wasn't the 20+ as I know for a fact it was. Steer clear and go to a Nissan dealer that cares, or better still steer clear of Nissan and buy a reliable car

Fantastic service! I was welcomed nicely by Nadim and was even made a coffee. The service was fast and answered any requests I had. I got a new car within hours and was even made a special video of it to show off to my family. The car runs great and is in mint condition. Great dealership, 5*, definitely recommend.

Really good first experience of a service with West Way Nissan. I was able to check my car on the day before, doing relevant paperwork online, I was kept up to date during the day and was able to authorise a small additional payment for work needed on my phone. Pick up was organised to my timetable and the car was returned to me having been washed. The drive was much better after the service. Thanks Nissan West End. Great job. I'll be back!

Went for an interview with a third party resource that West Way Nissan uses. The showroom was well layed out, very Covid aware. The Staff that were helpful, polite & pleasant. A large number of car are available across the Nissan range. Oh as for the the outsourced job vacancy. I didn't expect it due to the traveling distance... This is no reflection on the dealership.

Recently purchased a car remotely through West Way Southampton. Everything was done online and via email and was very convenient. Kennedy in sales was easy to work with, not pushy at all! The process was very smooth! I had a few cosmetic issues with the car when it came but credit to the dealership and to Kennedy in sales, she sorted everything and came back to me quickly with a solution. Credit to Kennedy and the business, they did everything they could to keep me happy and give me a deal on the vehicle I was happy with. Would give 5 stars if the vehicle wasn't a little more bruised than I anticipated prior to them repairing it!

Very poor service. Put a holding deposit down for a car, being told that it's fully refunderbal if I decided the car was not right for me. I decided the car was not right and asked for a refund. 5 weeks and countless calls to the dealership I'm still waiting for my refund. Every person I speak to it's only there second day in the dealership. Would not recommend.

Right from the very beginning of seeing the car I required all was very easy to accomplish everything. Kennedy in the sales office was so helpful no matter what was asked of her. The car was delivered to my home and it certainly did not disappoint. Even though not able to do a test drive this was no problem as having Nissan cars in the past it did not disappoint. The service received was great 😊.
