Battery Quality Guarantee

Whether you’re a new or used vehicles customer, we understand that you may have some reservations about battery life and quality.

Our Nissan Promise
 - is to repair or replace any battery which falls below 9 bars (out of 12 bars) free of charge when within the battery warranty period. This will be available on a Nissan Leaf and Nissan e-NV200.

EV Roadside Assistance

As a valued West Way customer, we aim to provide you with peace of mind, knowing that you’re receiving a quality service.

Our Nissan Promise
 - is to provide you with free of charge EV Roadside Assistance, provided following each service in accordance with your vehicle’s warranty booklet.

24 Hour Test Drive

Switching to electric is a big step when you're used to a regular combustion engine. If you’re considering it, or simply want to learn more, we want to offer you guidance every step of the way. Other dealers may offer you the regular 20/30 minute test drive. However, we believe that customers need to experience just how an electric vehicle would fit into their lifestyle.
