As of 31 August 2021, West Way Nissan Hanwell will be relocating its operations to our bigger dealership in Mill Hill. Please find some answers to frequently asked questions below. If you need any further guidance, please email us at millhill@westwaynissan.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help.

Q: I currently have a vehicle on order with Hanwell - what should I do?
A: West Way will be carrying out all used car handovers from our Hanwell showroom until the 31 August. All new car handovers will continue at Hanwell until 5 September. If your new car order is ongoing and due to be delivered after 5 September, your handover will take place at our Mill Hill dealership with the same Hanwell Team. Alternatively, we can deliver your car to your home for handovers after 5 September. Your Sales Executive will keep you informed and can discuss delivery options available if required.

Q: I have a service plan with Hanwell, what happens to it?
A: Your service plan is still valid and can be used at any West Way Nissan dealership. Your nearest West Way showrooms are:

  • • West Way Nissan Aldershot – 3 Windsor Way, Aldershot, Hampshire, GU11 1JG

Q: Can I still use my EMAC service plan?
A: Yes – Your EMAC plan is redeemable at all West Way Nissan dealerships.

Q: Mill Hill is too far away: I wish to cancel my Service Plan: what should I do?
A: West Way Mill Hill will be providing collection/delivery, Express Service or courtesy cars for Hanwell’s service plan customers. If your service plan is with EMac and you still wish to cancel, please call 0330 099 6826 or email cancel@emac.ltd.uk.

Q: How far is Mill Hill from the West Way Hanwell showroom?
A: Our Mill Hill dealership is just off the A1, 11 miles away from Hanwell with a journey time of 30 – 45 mins, depending on traffic.

Q; Does Mill Hill do Motability?
A: Yes, our Mill Hill dealership is fully accredited with Motability specialists and full aftersales support.

Q: I’m a Motability customer – is my agreement still valid?
A: Your Motability agreement will remain the same and be unaffected. We’ll remind you when your agreement is due to end and you can choose a new car as normal from our Mill Hill showroom or any other West
Way dealership. West Way Mill Hill will provide a collection/delivery for your service and MOT if required. We also provide courtesy cars or while-u-wait appointments.

Q: What do I need to do when I need a service or I’m looking to replace my vehicle?
A: West Way will retain all your vehicle and contact details, so we’ll remind you when you car needs a service or your finance agreement ends, subject to the consent you have given us.

Q: Is my warranty affected by Hanwell’s relocation?
A: New or used car warranties will remain fully valid and work can be carried out at any West Way Nissan dealer, including Mill Hill.

Q: Does West Way Mill Hill sell used cars?
A: Yes, it has a much bigger choice of used vehicles, including over 60 Nissans and other makes. Mill Hill is also a High-Performance Centre offering GT-R and a Business Centre providing Vans and
Commercial Vehicles.

Q; I used to have my car collected and delivered back on service will that still be a service at Mill Hill?
A: Collection and delivery for will be available Hanwell Service customers subject to location.

Q: Will courtesy cars still be available for Service Customers?
A: Our Mill Hill dealership also provide courtesy cars or while-u-wait servicing.

Q: Is there still good parking if I travel to Mill Hill?
A: Our Mill Hill dealership is one of the biggest in the UK with plenty of customer parking available.

Q: Is the finance on my new or used car affected by move to new Mill Hill Site?
A: Your finance agreement will be completely unaffected and payments will continue as before. We will remind you when your finance is due to end so you can discuss your options with the same Sales Executive who sold you the car at our Mill Hill dealership.

Q: I used to order Trade Parts from Hanwell; what happens at Mill Hill?
A: The same friendly team will be looking after you at Mill Hill. You can contact Sunny and the Trade Parts team on 0208 280 0660 or email tradeparts@westwaynissan.co.uk. Retail parts customers can call 0208 280 0600.

Q: I’m a Trade Parts customer, what will happen to my account?
A: Our Trade Parts operation will be moving to Mill Hill and we will service your account from there. Regular deliveries will continue in Hanwell and the surrounding area.

Q: What is happening to the staff that I have a relationship with at Hanwell?
A: Many of the staff you have enjoyed working with at Hanwell will be re-locating to Mill Hill, so you’ll be able to deal with the same friendly faces you know and trust, plus some new ones as well.

Q: I don’t want to go to Mill Hill. Can I go to other Nissan dealerships?
A: Yes, West Way have Nissan dealerships in Aldershot and Basingstoke which are about one hour’s drive away just off the M3.

Q: Can I charge my LEAF at Mill Hill?
A: Yes, Mill Hill has two electric vehicle charging points which are free to use for existing West Way customers.

Q: I like using West Way, but Mill Hill is too far away.
A: We can come to you. We offer book/check-in online & collection/delivery for service customers, reserve/buy online & home delivery for sales customers.

Q: I received two free Nissan Intelligent Choice services when I purchased my used vehicle, where can I redeem these?
A: You can redeem your NIC services at any Nissan dealer as long as they have not expired.

Q: Will I still receive service and MOT reminders?
A: Yes – If you have opted into receiving emails from West Way Nissan you will continue to receive reminders and can book in at any of our other 13 locations.

Q: Can I get my recall carried out by a non-Nissan dealer?
A: All Nissan recalls have to be carried out by a Nissan dealer, visit our booking tool to book your vehicle in here.

Q: What are the facilities like at West Way Mill Hill?
A: Mill Hill is one of the UK’s biggest Nissan showrooms, offering the full new vehicle range including Motability Scheme vehicles, GT-R and commercials. We provide full aftersales support including parts,
accessories, electric charging points, servicing, repairs, maintenance, warranty work, MOT’s plus free wi-fi, tea and coffee for our customers.
