I have been very impressed with West Way Nissan Streetly when purchasing my used car from them. John Ellis our salesman was excellent and kept in regular contact with me from when I placed the order until I picked the vehicle up. The only criticism I would have is that the vehicle I purchased didn't have car mats in it and on that basis I purchased the buyers pack as it included the car mats. When I picked the vehicle up low and behold it had the original car mats in it. Therefore I didn't need to purchase the buyers pack, as I only needed to purchase the boot liner. Other than that, I really can't complain about the service I received and I will recommend this branch to others and I will use them again.

Fabulous service from Robbie start to finish. He went the extra mile to put my wife's mind at ease during the purchase, even recorded a video demonstrating what to do! I know some of you will think well that's his job but when someone shows the passion he does for his work it is more than that and it has to be admired. Huge thank you to Gavin at Sutton Coldfield branch. This is my 5th Nissan and best experience to date. Gavin listened to my budget and requirements did not ever pressure me and was an absolute star. Patient, honest and communicates, he will give you faith in car sales people. Oh and my new auto Nissan micra is fabulous too.

We have bought our last 4 cars from West Way Nissan as we not only love the x trail but all the staff at West Way go out of their way to make us feel special when looking for a new car, the information they supply is both informative and easy to understand. This time we went for an automatic as both my husband and I felt it would enhance our driving. Carla who looked after us explained the difference between automatic and manual and that helped us to make the decision. A big thank you to Robbie at the Birmingham Dealership for an excellent customer journey from initial enquiry to taking delivery of my wife’s 2018 Nissan Qashqai 1.3 Tekna. The car was purchased at distance and Robbie delivered / exceeded on every front ensuring the car was fully prepped on all points agreed prior to collection. I would highly recommend both Robbie and this Nissan dealership in Birmingham and thank them for looking after us.

Jacob was a great salesman no pressure, got a good price for our part exchange, only downside was we had to chase when our new car was due on a d was told we would have to wait till end of August but then less than a week later got a call to say it was due in any time now! Handover was hassle free and I love the car

Giving two stars just for the video report of my service I received. Otherwise would have given 1 star. Absolutely no communication was possible with westway during my service. Even their own call centre could not get through to this branch. All I wanted was to be able to know when my car would be ready. Could not get answer on their phone for three hours of trying.
