TERRIBLE AFTER SALES I bought a used car from this dealership, and had it delivered as I am not local. Despite being assured that it would be in showroom condition, it arrived covered in footprints (as if somene had deliberately tried to cover every single surface with footprints, see photos) and with no service booklet or user manual, and with no spare key. I called them immediately to request the missing items and they reassured me that everything would be sent to me straight away. Several weeks later, after lots of chasing, the service booklet and user manual finally arrived. However, 10 weeks, and 20+ phone calls & emails later, I still have no spare key. As I can't attach a photo of the missing key, here are the photos of the footprints.

We had fantastic service from the moment we walked into the showroom. Gordon who looked after us, was friendly and welcoming. He demonstrated the Qashqai Tekna we were interested in and took us out for a test drive. He listened to what we needed and had great product knowledge. We wanted to be sold to so had almost decided on the car we went on to buy. We decided to return the next day having slept on it. Gordon ensured we were able to contact him if needed and followed up with a courtesy call. We arranged to go in and sign up to buy. The whole process was made really easy for us and were kept fully informed throughout the process. The car we bought was a cancelled order so we only waited a short time to collect. We are nothing short of delighted with the car and the impeccable service provided by Gordon and Nissan.

Don’t trust Nissan Westway. I regret doing business with them. My deposit for the car collection was not given back to me after I took the car. Also they changed the agreed monthly direct debits after I have signed the document. This is dubious. Be careful when dealing with them or better still go elsewhere.

We met Richard Holland when we first went to west way Manchester he was very professional from start to finish it was a pleasure doing business with him he showed us the car we were interested in explained all the functions of the car and again when we decided on that car thank you Richard for being such a lovely guy and a great salesman

These guys are absolute joke. My car has been in for nearly 2 weeks. They left it there parked up for a week and I had to chase up for them to have a look at it everyday.They kept promising to call back like everyday I called for a chase up. I have work on the weekend and I need to know whether I need to arrange something else for travel. They just left me hanging with no answer. I would not recommend when you need to get the job done on time. I was not complaining for the whole week but coming into two weeks for 2 hours job is an absolute joke.

west way Nissan services garage, they are not professional Mechanics, they cant fix ( Nissan juke) esp warning light, they charged £450 without fix it, the car still with them. I refused to pay , the greater Manchester police informed, police let them knew, they should settle the issue with me. most senior staff in the services garage are not honest, services manager is not deserve the job,

Took my car in because of a recall, staff were very polite and friendly. Was offered a drink whilst I waited. They even gave my car a quick wash and vacuum inside, which was amazing and they also did a quick safety check on my car and sent me a video clip; which was fantastic. They really go out of there way and give you so much more. I think I will go here next time I need to change my car. Amazing service.

This is a great Nissan car dealer. My vehicle is a Leaf (electric car) which I purchased from new several years ago. I have found that they have looked after me & any problems with the car have been resolved quickly by the service team. When they do any work on the vehicle (including service & MOT) they always give the car a courtesy valet, which is a nice touch.

Previous customer, family have bought 3 cars from this dealership. Test drove a car, very helpful at that point but that was the last they wanted to deal with us. Called 5 times, promised a call back and nothing. Most definitely taking our business elsewhere.

Anthony Hulland who helped in sorting out my car, was excellent from day 1 to when I went to pick my car. Even though he wasn't around,he made sure I was well looked after by his colleague (Ashley).

I finally got the new baby home. Nissan Manchester have again put a smile on my face for the third time. Charlie who is fairly new to the dealership was amazing from the start to the finish. He kept me informed on progress and has fantastic customer service. I didn’t get my car with full tank fuel as arranged but that’s not Nissan’s fault, blame the government for fuel shortage nationwide, it’s got to be political. Credit to Nissan Manchester they promised to refund me every single penny for filling up my tank. Thanks Charlie and thanks Nissan Manchester for always coming through. I’m loving my new ride. Definitely recommend West Way Nissan Manchester. Second time coming here and it was an absolute pleasure. Charlie who has been at this branch for around 6 weeks was so helpful answered all of our questions and went above and beyond for us. The test drive was 10 out of 10. This is the second time I buy a car from here. Both time, the staff were amazing! In regards to my latest purchase, I was being attended by a member of staff, Gordon, that went out of his way to find out the information I was asking about. He explained that it may be cheaper to purchase a new car rather than a used one and went through all the finance details and quotes we requested. Very happy to say that I have and will continue to recommend this dealership to friends.

I have just bought a used car on finance from this garage. It was such a simple purchase and James and Jonathan were extremely helpful and informative throughout, they even came out of their way to deliver it to me. Before delivering they ensured everything was up to standard and they ordered, painted and fitted a new wing mirror for me as it was slightly damaged. I would 100% recommend this garage and cannot thank James and Jonathan enough for their help.

I had a wonderful experience collecting my new car and receiving support from Richard. Richard has brilliant communication skills and exceeded my expectations. He was clear and concise, friendly, helpful and an attentive listener. Richard contacted me throughout the process of my application to keep me updated and inform me when my new car was ready. Overall I am highly impressed by the service I received from Richard at West Way Nissan.

Brought mb car as a recall. Have been told that car would be given back within four hours, that didn't happen. I have waited for nearly eight hours. Have been told that car would be washed and cleaned, that didn't happen. When I came to collect the car, I have been given the key, but my car wasn't on the car parking. It took staff 15 minutes to find my car. Lady on the service desk - Julia was rude and snappy. Ben service manager, doesn't know anything. Seriously, I will never come back to this dealership, poor business practice, rude and lying staff. Mr Darren W. Manager of this dealership perhaps it is time to teach your stuff some work ethics.
