Although we are from the other side of Manchester, we have just taken delivery of our second Juke from Oldham Westway. It is a very good outfit in that the staff are attentive and effective. The delightful Mo has handled the sale and handover most competently. The aftersales and service are also excellent and we would have no hesitation is dealing with Oldham Westway again.

Couldn't do enough for my wife and me. Accommodated every request and change. Really refreshing experience, Paul Robinson was excellent, and the other staff also.

Rang up to enquire about a Juke, spoke with Zayne and by 5pm I was driving home in it! Zayne was fab, I didn’t feel pressured ( which you sometimes can do ) and I was offered different options of cars so it really didn’t feel like he was trying to just get me to buy the one I had enquired about. He was personable, informative and overall lovely. I’ve bought many cars and to be honest sometimes dread it because of the upsell tactics etc but this was my favourite interaction by far. 10/10 from me! I hope Zayne is there when I return to trade this one in! Also a mention about Jordan who was also fab! Thanks guys!

Just bought a 2016 Nissan Qashqai from Nissan Oldham. Sales manager Jordan and sales assistant Zain both were so helpful. It was a very relaxing experience to purchase the vehicle from this dealership. I would highly recommend them.

Bought a fiat 500 off Mohammed for my daughter, No hard sale real genuine guy. Even though the make of car isn’t what he deals with everyday he’d done his homework on setting up the car tech for my daughter which was appreciated. Bought a car from here 2-3 weeks ago. Great sales attention from Mohammed, and after care from Jordan (Manager), Lorenzo, Jack etc always happy to help and get things sorted. After a week or so I noticed the rain sensor cover was missing, and so contacted the parts department ... Jamie was brilliant and swung into action and arranged for me to visit a local dealer to where I live, to get the part and fit it. He also told me that once the part was fitted, to obtain an invoice and they would reimburse me with the cost. I did this and then a few days later the part was fitted. I then rang and spoke to the (Nissan Parts manager COLIN, who was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, he arranged for the money to be refunded to my account and kept me updated along the way. This is a great company to do business with ... whatever problems you encounter (if you do encounter any), they will go above and beyond to rectify them.... as Colin did .. great Job Thanks Guys

We were looking at the new Nissan Qashqai, Lorenzo Durante came out to see us. He was very helpful and explained all the features the car had and was very helpful along the way of purchasing the car. When we collected the car he gave a good demonstration re all the features and all the staff are very helpful.

looks great , lots of details given to sales person but only pushed for nearly new or new cars. had nothing for me except they did have what i wanted but thats not what they wanted to sell me. If I wanted a new car I would definitely consider West way

Very easy to buy via the phone, never done this before for a large item as a car. Sales team extremely helpful, paperwork on line all good. Jordan and the team I spoke to were very helpful. I noticed a scuff / patch on the leather of the drivers seat and they immediately said get repaired and send us the vat invoice to re imburse with an apology. Excellent sales team. I work as a vehicle administrator in Southampton and wish our processes and team were as accomplished.

Mohammed made the purchase a painless and pleasant experience. He was both helpful and informative, nothing was to much trouble. Received a great service from Paul Robinson (sales) at Nissan Westway Oldham. He looked after me all throughout (prior to and after purchasing the car) and explained things well. Its so nice not to have a pushy sales person. He was very patient (as i am picky!), down to earth, provided me with different choices and most importantly, listened to what i wanted. Booked a test drive at West Way for a vehicle I had seen on Auto Trader. I arrived on site and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and the car was ready for the test drive. I did not feel pressured into purchasing the vehicle and I did purchase another vehicle from them. The whole sales process went smoothly and I received a courtesy call a few days after my purchase to check I was happy with the vehicle. I would definitely recommend West Way.
