Picked up my new car today and cannot thank the team esp Steve and Darren enough for their help. Excellent customer service. No pushy sales. Quick turn around. What is their not to be happy about.

Although we didn't buy a car yesterday the whole experience from meeting Alisha Long, the representative, to test driving a vehicle was the best experience that I have had at any car dealership in my 50 years of buying cars. We've been with Nissan for 18 years. I would not go to another garage for service. Is spot on the staff. Unbelievable and the chat we deal with was called Neil. He deals with mobility. Absolutely

I took my Qashqai to Westway Nissan Stockport for its annual Service. The car is just over 2 years old and has only done 11,000 miles. The ABS brakes and Auto Stop/Stop were not working. They found it to be an electrical fault and said it wasn’t covered under the Nissan Warranty as the electrical unit was “damaged”. They explained that “driving over speed bumps could have damaged the unit”. In my opinion, if that is true, the electrical unit should not be located in a vulnerable position. I accept that fair wear and tear is not covered under Warranty such as tyres, break pads etc….but the electrics, in my opinion, should be. I could see a white board in the managers office which says “its all about the money”!! Unfortunately, that is Wesway Nissan Stockport priority and it shows in my experience with them today.

I was very satisfied with my dealings with West way Altrincham. Tom and Matt who I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. I never felt under pressure and have been extremely pleased so far with my new car.

Today Saturday 07/01/2023 I went to West Way NISSAN STOCKPORT, in order to buy our first car. It was absolutely the worst customer service ever, no one offered any help or assistance, instead the staff were too busy chatting, away from the main reception desk, or taking photos of cars outside. I guess this dealership doesn't need my money, fair enough, I will buy my new Nissan somewhere else

Didn't want to leave this review, however its been 5 days and I enquired about a new Juke and no one got back to me. Gave 2 stars as the guy when I first got in touch was ok. Not getting back to someone is definitely not acceptable for a business like this. Why did you take several contacts off me if you couldn't communicate on any one of those?

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. You cannot trust this garage they just want your money. I had a text saying my brakes needed changing and were dangerous at a cost of £183, I had an mot as part of my service and mot plan and because they would have to pay they are miraculously perfectly okay .rip off.

Chris was very helpful, booked an appointment to drive a Duke, but hadn't registered for some reason unfortunatelywe didnt take a name. Although this happened Chris went out of his way to arrange a trial drive and we've chosen a Nissan car, delivery Nov/Dec 🤞. Thank you GBrooks

Lovely dealing with Aisha, gave 4 stars as we had to call back in for a locking wheel nut key as there wasn’t one in the car and initially there was no parcel shelf, but we noticed that before we left. Other than that, great service.

Fabulous experience had to wait a while for car to arrive but that was nothing to do with Nissan, Chris (salesguy) kept me informed of progress every step of the way thanks Chris and the whole Nissan Stockport team definitely recommend this company.. oh and the Nissan LEAF is an amazing car too..thank you.

We had a very good experience of buying a car from here. We had originally come in to look around but ended up getting a bargain. The sales staff were pleasant, helpful, and we felt didn't try any pressurised sales techniques. They made every effort to get the car we wanted. The paper work was easy and the whole process painless. The after sales is good too.

This is our sixth car from Westway Stockport, the service is second to none! The salesman Steve Wright is professional and the most helpful you could find, in fact all the staff from Charlotte the service manager to all the sales and service staff, always very welcoming, always smiling and make us feel at home. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough, well done everyone for making us feel like royalty when we visit.

Didn't even think of going to another dealer for a new car, why would I when the service here is second to none, both sales and service. I wasn't treated this well at Mini. It has been delightful dealing with Chris on the purchase of our new Qashqai Tekna+ The transaction has been smooth from beginning to end, given current market value on our trade-in as market prices had increased and Chris took care of everything with Nissan Finance on both the old and the new cars. We were very impressed with Nissan Finance as they held the settlement figure from August without charging any additional costs or interest; the new car had been delayed by one month in the manufacturing process, which is understandable in the current climate. Very unwelcoming. Customer service non existent, personal working on Saturday's have no interest. Customer online check in pointless as the comments don't go through to the person working on the car. Only interested in cash, for everything. Overall worse experience I have have ever come across in the motor industry. Thanks for the showing the true colours of this dealership in Stockport Cheshire. I will know for future to avoid at all costs.....

Aisha was very helpful and everything was simple and easy to do. I told her what I was after and she sorted a test drive to compare the two. I was there for a couple of hours max and had test drove 2 cars, purchased the car I wanted, part ex mine and arranged a pick up date. She stuck to the important details and didn't go off on a tangent about things irrelevant to me. To the point, knowledgeable, polite and trustworthy; everything you'd want from a car sales person. I will definitely be asking for Aisha for my next purchase!

After visiting various car brand dealerships in our search for a new car through the mobility scheme we found that Westway Stockport staff,in particular Neil, provided a level of service which was above the others. Neils assistance in this was great and sourced us a car quicker than anticipated. Some of the other dealerships didn't show the same interest in the business.

This is the 8th we have bought from West Way Stockport and the reason we go back is because Steve Wright goes out of his way to get us the cars we want. Nothing is to much trouble, he explains everything and keeps us updated about what is happening. I have recommended him on multiple occasions over the years. He takes care of the customer from the initial meeting to the handover and after.

Came in to test drive the New Nissan Leaf met Dan for the first time. Had a great test drive with his help & decided to purchase. Have had the car a week now & I am really pleased with it, Dan has followed up by phone to see if everything was OK, which so far it is. He said he will contact me in about 2 weeks for an update. Also I have taken out a service plan, which was quoted & set up by Nanette. Another very helpful & professional young lady who is part of the West Way Stockport team. Well done to you all.
