    How long will a vehicle be reserved for?

    On receipt and verification (in cleared funds) of the reservation deposit, the vehicle will be reserved for a period of 7 days.

    If no successful contact has been made with you regarding the reserved vehicle within 7 days of the reservation deposit being paid and received by us, West Way reserve the right to remove the vehicle as reserved and make available for sale to the general public.

    Yes, deposits are fully refundable should you change your mind.

    To request a refund of the reservation deposit, the dealership at which the vehicle is reserved must be contacted. These funds will be transferred back to the card that you used to pay the deposit.

    If you go on to purchase the reserved vehicle, the reservation deposit will either be refunded or; the vehicle purchase price will be deducted by the same value or; deducted from your finance deposit.

    Following completion of the reservation or buy now process, a member of the West Way team where the vehicle is located will be in touch to confirm the order, verify all information provided including any finance application that has been made (if applicable) and to inform of next steps to complete the purchase.

    Yes, our sales team can arrange for you to test drive your chosen vehicle at the dealership the vehicle is located at.

    You can choose to collect the vehicle for free from the dealership where the vehicle is based or have the vehicle delivered to an address of your choice for a fee of £95 including VAT.

    The £95 delivery fee only applies to vehicles delivered within a 100-mile radius of the dealership where the purchased vehicle is based. If the delivery location is outside of this 100-mile radius, a member of our sales team will advise on the applicable delivery charges.

    Delivery costs are not made-up front via the website; and will be added to the final balance to pay upon an order being finalised.

    Yes - you are able to change and remove any part exchange that's part of your order any time prior to handover of your vehicle. However, you will have to ensure that you account for any adjustments that may be made to your deal, especially if you were using your part exchange as part of your deposit.

    If the car you choose doesn’t meet your expectations and you’ve bought online or you haven’t taken a test drive, West Way will refund your money if the car is returned within 14 days (or 500 miles – whichever is sooner).
