14-day money back guarantee on all used cars

Full refund if you're not happy within 14 days. If the vehicle doesn't meet your expectations, just bring it back bring within 14 days (or 500 miles – whichever is sooner) for a full refund. If you wish to cancel, you must:

  1. Notify us in writing of your intent to cancel by completing the Intent to cancel order form online at https://www.westwaynissan.co.uk/cancel-order
  2. Your right to cancel starts the day the order is placed and ends 14 days from the day you receive delivery of the vehicle.
  3. If a part exchange is involved you will receive either the allowance price or return of the vehicle, this is at the dealer’s discretion.
  4. All money paid to us will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, subject to the return of the vehicle during this time frame.
  5. The vehicle must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of the cancellation notice being submitted to us.
  6. We cannot accept a return of the vehicle if it has been modified, damaged or altered in any way.
  7. You cannot use the car once you have notified us of your intent to cancel, however the vehicle must still be taxed and insured until it is returned.
  8. Please note these cancellation terms only apply where no tri-party agreement is in place with a funder (i.e. a finance provider). If there is a tri-party agreement, you will be subject to the cancellation terms and conditions of the funder and as such you must get in touch with them to cancel your order.
  9. Refunds apply to retail purchases on used cars only.
  10. Cherished plate transfers are at a cost to the customer.
