    Customers can now use our website to get a part-exchange valuation on your vehicle, place a deposit for a vehicle and apply for finance all from the comfort of your own home.


During these tough times West Way has taken all possible precautions to ensure our customers and work force are as safe and protected as possible. To continue working as efficiently as possible during these times we are happy to announce the new Buy Online feature to our website.

 

Customers can now use our website to get a part-exchange valuation on your vehicle, place a deposit for a vehicle and apply for finance all from the comfort of your own home so that you have your perfect used car delivered straight to your drive way without having to leave your home.


We’ve also slickened up our servicing booking process allowing customers to book their service requirements online in 5 simple steps, followed by being able to check in online with an e-signature meaning faster handover and reduced contact. Recent feedback from customers suggests that this paperless process is a positive step forward in providing an efficient and safe process when their vehicle is due aftersales care.
