Rising Star excelling at West Way
Congratulations are in order to an established member of the West Way family and one of our new starters.
Well done and congratulations to Ben Simoniti, Group HR Advisor who has now successfully completed his CIPD Level 5 studies in Human Resources Management at Coventry University.
Ben started studying at Coventry University in 2015 and obtained a Foundation Degree in Business and Leadership. In 2016 he furthered his studies with an undergraduate course in business management, specialising in human resources management.
Ben was introduced to West Way by Harry Wells, sales executive at West Way Coventry and joined the HR team, initially on a part-time basis, in 2018 whilst continuing his studies.
West Way have continued to support his education when enrolling on the Level 5 CIPD apprenticeship in 2019.
Ben continues to impress with his enthusiasm and input and has a great career ahead of him at West Way.
Next step, Level 7 CIPD course at Coventry University starting September which will result in a full CIPD professional qualification.
Keeping it in the family
We are also pleased to welcome James Boswell to the West Way family who has recently joined our Manchester dealership within the sales department. James joins with stellar experience within the motor trade and providing excellent customer service.
James will feel right at home at our Manchester Dealership as he joins a team which includes brother Jonothan, who has progressed through West Way to his current position as Sales Controller.
GM Darren Wilkinson said, “We’re delighted to be adding another member of the Boswell family to the team. We’ve got high hopes for James, who is a bright, personable guy with the right attributes and experience to be an effective Sales Advisor with West Way. And if he’s anywhere near as successful as his brother, who has now been promoted to Sales Controller, that’ll be great news for West Way and the Boswell family.”
