    Analysis of Google search data reveals searches for electric vehicles have gone up by 1,600% since September 24th.
Even during a period of lower new car sales than usual due to the semi-conductor shortage, with 7,388 registrations of electric cars in August alone, it's clear to see that EVs are becoming an upward trend within the UK as we move towards are more sustainable society.

And with a six-fold increase in demand for fuel, some parts of the UK are still suffering from shortages at the pumps as motorists panicked when BP announced they were short of tanker drivers and had to close a handful of fuel stations. This has resulted in many people looking into electric vehicles and what they have to offer.

Carguide.co.uk announced that searches had increased by 16 times the average amount in one day!
