    Thinking about financing a car or a van, but want to be a little more climate conscious?

    If you're buying any new or used car or van and funding through our partner RCI Financial services, then you’re helping to protect the Peruvian Amazon rainforest.
RCI Financial Services has teamed up with ClimateSeed for a Community Forest Management project, which is based in Peru.

The aim of this project is to work with indigenous communities in order to develop productive economic activities based on sustainable use of forest resources and protect.

So far, ClimateSeed has been able to protect 127,000 ha of forest, which was previously under threat. The jaguar, the blue-headed macaw and the tapir, which were all threatened species, have now also become projected under this project. 

Overall, ClimateSeed predicts that through this project they have prevented a total of 2.8 million tonnes of CO₂ within our environment.
