What does Electric Vehicle Approved mean?
For a dealership to be Electric Vehicle Approved (EVA) they are recognised for there excellence in the electric vehicle sector. EVA is endorsed by the Government Office for Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV), the Energy Saving Trust (EST) and the National Franchise Dealers Association (NFDA). If a business is Electric Vehicle Approved it means that you can trust them to be able to assist you with EV’s and give you the highest levels of service and knowledge.
How does this affect sales?
The sales team at our EVA dealerships will seek to inform you clearly and impartially and look to find the best vehicle to suit you and that works for your requirements and lifestyle. All staff have completed an Electric Vehicle (EV) awareness training course which is tailored to their individual roles to adopt the knowledge on electric vehicles needed.
How does this effect aftersales?
The aftersales team at our EVA dealerships are fully trained to give you all of the knowledge needed to maintain your EV with technicians also having the correct specialist EV training as well as undergoing official EV maintenance and repair training. This will ensure piece of mind knowing that your vehicle is being cared for correctly.
