That's why we are offering a range of services which allows you to purchase a vehicle from West Way from the comfort of your own home but with all the care and attention that you receive when visiting our dealership.

From personalised videos of your chosen Nissan to live video calls with our sales team, you can learn everything about your next Nissan whilst sat on the sofa and sign paperwork digitally.

Not only that we can even deliver the vehicle to your home. Or if you prefer, you can click and collect from our dealership - this is a quick and fuss free option with minimal contact required.

Personal Video

Get a VIP showcase of the vehicle your interested in before you decide it’s the one for you. A member of our team will show you around the vehicle – including its key spec and features – and answer any questions you may have about owning the vehicle. Not only that, you’ll get key information on current offers available on that car. All the benefit of a face-to-face visit to the showroom but from the comfort of your own home.

Live Video Chat

Can’t make it to the showroom? No problem, you can have a video call with a member of our sales team. So whether you want to have a quick chat on your lunch break or on the weekend when you have more time, we’ll be happy to arrange a video call to answer your questions about your purchase.

E-Signing of Documents

You can sign all your paperwork digitally - no need for messy paper forms. We will send you documents securely either via email or through a secure portal. This includes your finance documents if you are purchasing via finance. 

Home Delivery

Want your vehicle delivered to you? No problem, we can deliver your vehicle to your chosen address for just £95 if it’s within a 100-mile radius. We’ll agree the date and time to suit you so no waiting around all day for your vehicle to arrive. To help you get to know your new vehicle, we’ll also arrange a video call with you to go through key features and how-to information.

Click & Collect

Our fuss-free click & collect service is a quick and easy way to collect your new vehicle from the dealership. Whether you bought online, over the phone or after a visit to the showroom, we will complete all your paperwork digitally, so that on handover day, all you need to do is pick up your keys and drive away. Don’t worry, we’ll arrange a video call with you so that we can go through the key spec and features and give you a full handover so you get to know your new vehicle.
