After an initially good experience with the sales team I took delivery of the car and immediately noticed a really loud clicking sound when the clutch was pressed. Shortly after that the radio cut out and wouldn't come back on. After finally being given a date to take the car back in I've been told the clutch is completely worn out and the radio needs replacing. No idea when or if I'll get the car back. Was told at first they would have it for 24 hours and now told they have no idea how long the repairs will take. Considering they say they do a 100 point check and the car has an MOT I can't understand how the issue with the clutch was missed. Very disappointed and concerned about how a reputable car dealership could sell a vehicle with such a badly damaged clutch. Just greatful that the clutch didn't completely fail while I was driving my children to or from school or lead to me having an accident.

Went to discuss motobility & although the sales person was pleasant there wasn't enough information given to me about the vehicles. I had to ask about majority of specifications otherwise I would not have come away with much enthusiasm about choosing a Nissan vehicle.

I had a wonderful experience collecting my new car and receiving support from Richard. Richard has brilliant communication skills and exceeded my expectations. He was clear and concise, friendly, helpful and an attentive listener. Richard contacted me throughout the process of my application to keep me updated and inform me when my new car was ready. Overall I am highly impressed by the service I received from Richard at West Way Nissan.

Brought mb car as a recall. Have been told that car would be given back within four hours, that didn't happen. I have waited for nearly eight hours. Have been told that car would be washed and cleaned, that didn't happen. When I came to collect the car, I have been given the key, but my car wasn't on the car parking. It took staff 15 minutes to find my car. Lady on the service desk - Julia was rude and snappy. Ben service manager, doesn't know anything. Seriously, I will never come back to this dealership, poor business practice, rude and lying staff. Mr Darren W. Manager of this dealership perhaps it is time to teach your stuff some work ethics.
