Fantastic service with Nissan Wolverhampton, we had a good experience 2 years ago and this time our experience was excellent. It's great to see them implementing measures to strive for excellence. Our warranty was due to expire on our vehicle, we booked it in and Nissan discovered our suspension needed repair, we where well informed and told that the repair would take approx 2 weeks, We requested a courtesy car and one was available for us the very next day. To our surprise our vehicle was fixed within just 1 week. We have been looked after by Chris at this branch who kept us up to date and well informed throughout. During our visits we received great customer service, limited wait times and made to feel as part of the Nissan family. a very well job done, thank you!

Excellent service from Kevin at Nissan Wolverhampton. Totally professional service. My son has learning needs and can have behaviour out bursts. Changing cars is a massive issue to him as he doesn't like changes. But far play to Kevin he handled it well and knew how to make the change over successful without any problems happening. I'd give 10 out of 10 for the whole thing. Thank you Kevin .

Nissan Wolverhampton completed a software update on my 2016 juke, it was also given a free winter health check and the car washed prior to collection. A most professional and courteous service throughout, would recommend.

I went to a main dealer, because I was expecting a quality service. I was lied to by a sales person. The car had supposedly been through Nissan 100 point safety check. Picked the car up, didn't even get 3 miles away and warning lights came on- tire pressure fault.The tire had 4.5 mm tread and was a different brand to all the others, which had 6mm. The car also didn't have towing eye, or puncture repair kit, and the rear washer jet was not working. The salesman was aware I had over 150 miles to drive back home and they had a week to prepare the car and make sure everything was OK. It was also described as valeted, but when on a closer inspection, it was covered in tar spots, the back seat had an oily looking stain, which wiped off of the leather, but the seats were filthy. The car was washed and vacuumed, not valeted to a high standard. I understand I was buying an used car, but I have had it professionally cleaned and it looks totally different now. Try harder Wolverhampton.

Picked up my beautiful new Nissan Qashqui on Saturday - pleasantly surprised as the sales person had been honest & said pushed back to New Year’s Eve so chuffed when he called to say it was ready. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Dealt with a lovely guy called Shaun Samra, very pleasant, professional & honest! Nothing was too much trouble & he always contacted me when he said he would. He was a breath of fresh air & I will definitely be doing business with him again! As for the car. WOW! There’s a 9 month waiting list now but they’re totally worth the wait.

Very good and friendly, place with a good staff, with good a mobility car section. They do also have toilets and a coffee and tea machine. I have purchased 2 brand new Nissan Leafs from this branch over the last 4 years and looking forward to purchasing the new Nissan Ariya as soon as it becomes available. The 40kw Leaf Zero and the new 62Kw Leaf which looks exactly the same just bigger battery. Excellent customer service, Danny was very active and good. The showroom manager was absolutely fantastic and helped solve a big problem that lead to the second purchase! I will definitely only be using this showroom again and again as long as Nissan keeps up the good work with EV's. Well done!
