Electric rate simulation
This shows the driving history of the car since ownership. For example, the total electricity use in kWh and electricity usage records. Which shows the number of miles to the driver’s destination. It also reveals how much C02 a car produces.
Eco-drive evaluation
This shows the average energy economy below average, average and very good. It is measured by the following:

Driving records
Driving record is your overall distance, average energy consumption, and electric consumption. Not only this, but it measures your travel time and CO2 savings too. Driving records are visible either monthly or annually.
World rankings
This part of the app is of interest to competitive individuals. There are now world rankings in which you compete globally with fuel economy and amount of journeys. You are ranked at the top based on having the lowest fuel economies and low amount of journeys made.

Where can I find my vehicles pairing code?

Turn on your infotainment system.

Tap: Info > NissanConnect Services > Information Channels > Account Information > Car Pairing Code.

Can you see the ‘Account Information’ folder? If it’s not visible you will need to update your ‘Channel List’.

To update your channel list tap: Settings > NissanConnect Services > Information Channel > Edit Channel List > Update Channel List > Yes.

Once you have performed the above, you’ll be able to see your ‘Account Information’ folder.
Where can I find my VIN?
This ‘vehicle identity number’ is a string of 17 digits and characters that is unique to your vehicle.

Can I use Bluetooth in my Nissan?
You can pair your smartphone via Bluetooth in your Nissan by following these steps:
Connecting the iPhone to Nissan's Bluetooth System

Open your iPhone's settings and turn Bluetooth® on.

If your Nissan is equipped with navigation, press the Phone button on the audio system > select Connect > Connect New Device.

If your Nissan is not equipped with navigation > press Enter/Setting button on the audio system > choose Bluetooth > select Add Phone.

Go to your iPhone's settings > choose Bluetooth® > select MY-CAR to pair your device.

Confirm that the pin shown on your Nissan’s display and on your iPhone are the same.
Connecting an Android to Nissan's Bluetooth System

Open your Android's settings > make sure Bluetooth® functionality is turned on

If your Nissan is equipped with navigation > press the Phone button on the audio system > select Connect > select Connect New Device.

Do I need to create an account on the Nissan website?
You can register via the NissanConnect Service App.
Why isn't my VIN accepted?
Make sure that you have entered every character as shown in your VIN location. Make sure you have the correct capitals and the correct digits.
Why didn't I receive my confirmation email?
These emails are sent out within a few minutes. If you don’t receive the email once you've refreshed your emails, you may need to check your SPAM folder.
